To consider a report of the Corporare Director for Place Management & Regeneration.

The report details a proposal for the resurfacing part of Lugano Road (from Lucerne Road to Geneva Road) and Geneva Road (from Lugano Road to North Park Road) in Bramhall.

The Area Committee is recommended to give approval to the proposed scheme at a cost of £8,000 to be funded from the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget (Bramhall North ward allocation).

A representative of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) detailing a proposal for the resurfacing part of Lugano Road (from Lucerne Road to Geneva Road) and Geneva Road (from Lugano Road to North Park Road) in Bramhall.

It was commented that the proposed extent of the resurfacing works would not include that part of Geneva Road from its junction with Lugano Road to the end of the cul-de-sac.  Members of the Area Committee expressed the view that this part of Geneva Road should be included within the scope of this package of works.

RESOLVED - That approval be given to the resurfacing part of Lugano Road (from Lucerne Road to Geneva Road) and Geneva Road (from Lugano Road to North Park Road) in Bramhall at a cost of £8,000 to be funded from the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget (Bramhall North ward allocation).
