To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration.
The report outlines an application from Belle Vue Racers to use Reddish Vale Country Park on 8th January 2017 for their annual ‘Hit the Trail’ 5 Mile run..
The application will also be considered by the Heatons and Reddish Area Committee at its meeting to be held on 26 September 2016.
The Area Committee is recommended to approve the application, subject to the organiser obtaining appropriate papers, event plans, health and safety documentation, licences and/or insurances.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) setting out an application from Belle Vue Racers to use Reddish Vale Country Park on 8 January 2017 for its annual ‘Hit the Trail’ 5 miles run.
The application had been approved by the Heatons and Reddish Area Committee at its meeting held on 26 September 2016.
RESOLVED – That the application from Belle Vue Racers to use Reddish Vale Country Park on 8 January 2017 for its annual ‘Hit the Trail’ 5 miles run be approved, subject to the organiser obtaining appropriate papers, event plans, health and safety documentation, licences and/or insurances.
