To consider a report of the Service Director (Communities)

 

The Area Committee is requested to consider an application for NB Leisure Scotland to hold a Charity Fun Fair at Marple Memorial Park from 15 Sept - 18 September 2011.

 

The Area Committee is recommended to grant permission.

Minutes:

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Service Director (Communities) (copies of which had been circulated) requesting the Area Committee to consider an application from NB Leisure, Scotland requesting permission to hold a charity fun fair at Marple Memorial Park from 15 September 2011 to 18 September 2011.

 

RESOLVED - That the Service Director (Communities) in consultation with the Vice Chair of the Area Committee be authorised to determine the application.
