To approve as a correct record and sign the Minutes of the meeting held on 23 May 2011.

The Minutes (copies of which had been circulated) of the meeting held on 23 May 2011 were approved as a correct record and signed by the Chair subject to the following amendments:-

• Minute 6 (ii) corrected to read "Heatons and Reddish Area Committee."
• Minute 6(v) (a) corrected to read "introduction."
• Minute 6 (vii) (e) corrected to read "Reddish South Ward
• Minute 13 corrected to read "Church's"
