To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration.

The report outlines an application from the 1st Marple Scout Group for the use of Brabyns Park to celebrate the 50th anniversary with an overnight camp and BBQ on the 17th September 2016.

The Area Committee are requested to determine the application.

Minutes:

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) requesting the Area Committee to consider an application for the use of Brabyns Park from 1^st Marple Scouts.

RESOLVED – That the application from 1^st Marple Scouts to use Brabyns Park on 17/18 September 2016 to celebrate the 50^th Anniversary with an overnight camp and BBQ be approved.
