To consider a report of the Deputy Chief Executive.
The report requests the Area Committee to consider the nomination to list The Royal Oak Public House, High Lane as an Asset of Community Value under the provisions of the Localism Act 2011.
The Area Committee are requested to consider the proposals detailed in the report.

A representative of the Deputy Chief Executive submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) requesting the Area Committee to consider a nomination to list The Royal Oak Public House as an asset of Community Value.
RESOLVED – That the Royal Oak Public House not be listed as an asset of Community Value as the Area Committee were of the opinion that its main use (i.e not ancillary) was not presently being used to further the social wellbeing or social interest of the local community.
