The Chair of the Scrutiny Co-ordination Committee (Councillor Wendy Meikle) submitted the Scrutiny Annual Report for 2015/16 (copies of which had been circulated) summarising the work of the Scrutiny Committees during the current Municipal Year.
RESOLVED – That the report be noted.

The report presents for comment the Scrutiny Annual Report 2015/2016.
The Committee are invited to consider and comment on the report prior to it being submitted to the Council Meeting on June 30 2016.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) providing for comment the Scrutiny Annual Report 2015/2016 for comment prior to it being submitted to the Council Meeting.
RESOLVED – That the report be approved in so far as the Scrutiny Co-ordination Committee is concerned and that it be submitted to the Council Meeting for consideration.
