To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Corporate and Support Services

The report sets out the proposed disposal of a Council owned sire currently leased for industrial use at Shawcross Street, Stockport.

The Area Committee is requested to consider the contents of the report and provide any comments.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Chief Executive (copies of which had been circulated) setting out the proposed disposal of a Council owned site currently leased for industrial use at Shawcross Street, Stockport.

RESOLVED – That the Corporate Director for Corporate and Support Services be advised that the Area Committee supports the proposal in principle, but requests that a further report be submitted to the Area Committee once it is known how much it is proposed that the site be disposed for and the conditions for its disposal.
