The report considers ca variation of the terms on which the Council sold a parcel of land at Bishop Street, Offerton.

The Area Committee is requested to consider the contents of the report and provide any comments.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Chief Executive (copies of which had been circulated) regarding a proposed variation of the terms on which the Council sold a parcel of land at Bishop Street, Offerton.

RESOLVED – That the Corporate Director for Corporate and Support Services be advised that the Area Committee supports the proposal.
