To consider a report of the Chief Executive
Michael Mulhearn Amusements have applied to hold a Children’s Funfair at Woodbank Park between Friday 26th August and Monday 29th August 2016 inclusive.
The Area Committee is requested to approve the application, subject to the event organiser obtaining the correct permissions, health and safety paperwork, and insurances.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Chief Executive (copies of which had been circulated) regarding an application from Michael Mulhearn Amusements to hold a Children’s Funfair at Woodbank Park between 26 and 29 August 2016 inclusive.
RESOLVED – That an application from Michael Mulhearn Amusements to hold a Children’s Funfair at Woodbank Park between 26 and 29 August 2016 inclusive be approved, subject to the event organiser obtaining the correct permissions, health and safety paperwork, and insurances, and there being no animals involved or used as prizes.
