To consider a report of the Deputy Chief Executive

The report summarises recent appeal decisions, current planning appeals and enforcement activity within the area represented by the Central Stockport Area Committee.

The Area Committee is recommended to note the report.

A representative of the Chief Executive submitted a report of the Deputy Chief Executive (copies of which had been circulated) listing any outstanding or recently determined planning appeals and enforcement activity within the area represented by the Central Stockport Area Committee.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager reported that since the agenda had been published, an appeal had been received by the Council against the Area Committee’s decision to refuse planning permission in respect of plan no. 58879 for the erection of 2 semi-detached 2 storey dwelling houses, together with vehicular accesses, car parking and boundary treatments at Little Moor Cottages, Hampson Street, Offerton.

RESOLVED – That the report be noted.
