The report sets out two objections received to a proposed Traffic Regulation Order, for No Waiting At any Time at Windemere Road, Heaviley.
The Area Committee is recommended to reduce the proposed waiting restrictions on Bleatarn Road to 5 metres rather than 10 metres, but agree that that the rest of the Order be made as advertised.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) setting out two objections received to a proposed Prohibition of Waiting Traffic Regulation Order on Windemere Road, Heaviley.
RESOLVED – That the proposed Prohibition of Waiting Traffic Regulation Order on Windemere Road, Heaviley be made as advertised, subject to the proposed waiting restrictions on Bleatarn Road being reduced to 5 metres rather than 10 metres.
