A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a joint report of the Service Directors (Legal and Democratic Services) and (Place Management) detailing an objection that had been made to the proposed Prohibition of Waiting Order on Lingard Lane, Bredbury.

 

RESOLVED – That the Order be made as advertised.

The report details the findings of a consultation exercise with residents and businesses of Lingard Lane, Bredbury and to seek approval for the introduction of Traffic Regulation Order (TRO).

 

The Area Committee is recommended to give approval to the following:-

 

Proposed No Waiting At Any Time

 

Lingard Lane, Bredbury, south side from a point 96 metres west of the westerly kerb line of Ashton Road for a distance of 80 metres in a westerly direction.

 

Lingard Lane, Bredbury, north side from a point 212 metres west of the westerly kerb line of Ashton Road for a distance of 50 metres in a westerly direction.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Service Director (Environment) (copies of which had been circulated) detailing proposals for the introduction of No Waiting at Any Time restrictions on Lingard Lane, Bredbury.

 

RESOLVED – That approval be given to the following scheme at a cost of £500 to be funded from the Area Committee's Highway Maintenance and Traffic Management delegated budget (Bredbury and Woodley Ward allocation):-
