The report sets out an event application submitted by Cale Green Park Residents Association for a Christmas in the Park Fun Day to be held in Cale Green Park on Sunday 4th December 2016.
The Area Committee is recommended to approve the application, subject to the production of the appropriate paperwork and the completion of the event application checklist.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) regarding an application submitted by Cale Green Park Residents Association for a Christmas in the Park Fun Day to be held in Cale Green Park on 4 December 2016.
RESOLVED – That an application submitted by Cale Green Park Residents Association for a Christmas in the Park Fun Day to be held in Cale Green Park 4 December 2016 be approved, subject to the production of the appropriate paperwork, the completion of the event application checklist and the organisers being made aware of the animal welfare aspects of the donkey rides.
