To consider a report of the Chief Executive

The report advises the Area Committee of the intention to seek approval from the Executive Councillor (Thriving Economy) to undertake feasibility and preparatory work in relation to the potential Compulsory Purchase Order of Sim Chem House in Cheadle Hulme.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Chief Executive (copies of which had been circulated) advising the Area Committee of the intention to seek approval from the Executive Councillor (Thriving Economy) to undertake feasibility and preparatory work in relation to the potential compulsory purchase of Sim Chem House, Cheadle Hulme.
