The report outlines an event application received from Chadkirk Dog Training Club to hold their Annual Championship Dog Obedience Competition on Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd July 2016.

Minutes:

A representative of the Chief Executive submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) requesting the Area Committee to consider an application from Chadkirk Dog Obedience Club to hold their Annual Championship Dog Obedience Competition on Saturday 2^nd and Sunday 3^rd July 2016. Access to the site would be required from Friday 1^st July 2016 to enable the event to be set up.

RESOLVED – That the application from Chadkirk Dog Obedience Club to hold their Annual Championship Dog Obedience Competition from Saturday 1st July to Sunday 3^rd July 2016 be approved.
