To consider a report of the Chief Executive

The report sets out a proposal to resurface the carriageway on Roundhey, Heald Green.

The Area Committee is requested to support the scheme as outlined in the report and authorise the Chief Executive to order the work.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Chief Executive (Copies of which had been circulated) regarding a proposed scheme to resurface the carriageway on Roundhey, Heald Green.

The total cost of the proposed scheme was £45,000 and it was proposed that £22,500 be funded from the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget (Heald Green Ward allocation) and £22,500 from the Highways Maintenance budget.

RESOLVED - That the proposed scheme to resurface the carriageway on Roundhey, Heald Green, at an approximate cost of £22,500, be approved, to be funded from the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget (Heald Green Ward allocation).
