RESOLVED – That planning permission be granted subject to the imposition of a condition requiring that all patrons shall be off the premises at the end of the approved hours of operation each night and the inclusion of an informative relating to the undertaking of regular fire risk assessments and that the use of the rear yard shall cease for drinking purposes at 9.00 pm each day.
