The report sets out a proposal to occupy
office accommodation at the Heatons Centre to establish an
Integrated Care Team to deliver integrated care services as part of
Stockport Together.
The Area Committee is requested to consider and comment on the report.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Corporate and Support Services (copies of which had been circulated) informing the Area Committee of a proposal to occupy office space at the Heaton Centre to support the work of Stockport Together.
RESOLVED – That the Corporate Director for Corporate and Support Services be informed that the Area Committee supports the proposal to occupy the office space at the Heaton Centre to support the work of Stockport Together.
