To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration.

The report requests the Area Committee to approve an amendment to the Limited Waiting restriction fronting the shops at 135 - 151 Wellington Road North.

The Area Committee are requested to consider the proposals detailed in the report.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Chief Executive (copies of which had been circulated) requesting the Area Committee to consider a proposal to amend the limited waiting restriction fronting the shops at 135-151 Wellington Road North in Heaton Norris prior to consideration by the Executive Councillor (Supporting Places)

RESOLVED – That the Executive Councillor (Supporting Places) be recommended to approve the following:-

Revoke Limited Waiting 1 Hour No Return within 1 Hour:

Wellington Road North

South west side from a point 9 metres north west of the north westerly kerb line of Sparthfield Road for a distance of 42 metres in a north westerly direction

Revoke No Waiting at Any Time/ No Loading Monday to Friday 7am – 10am & 4-7pm

Wellington Road North

South West side from a point level with the projected boundary line within No’s 149 & 151 in a north westerly direction for a distance of 4 metres

Introduce Limited Waiting 8am-6pm 1 Hour No Return within 2 Hours:

Wellington Road North

South West side from a point 9 metres north west of the north westerly kerb line of Sparthfield Road for a distance of 46 metres in a north westerly direction
