A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Chief Executive (copies of which had been circulated) inviting the Area Committee to consider an application from Circus Starr to hold the annual circus in Torkington Park on Monday, 25 April 2016.

 

RESOLVED – That the application from Circus Starr for the use of Torkington Park on 25 April 2016 for a circus be approved.
