A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Chief Executive (copies of which had been circulated) outlining the findings of an investigation into providing No Waiting at Anytime restrictions on Egerton Road South at the junctions with Langford Road and Lawton Road, Heaton Chapel.
RESOLVED – That the following be approved at an approximate cost of £700 to be funded via the Highway Maintenance and Traffic Management delegated budget (Heatons North ward allocation):-
No Waiting at Any Time:-
Egerton Road North
North East side from a point 10 metres north west of the north westerly kerb line of Langford Road in a south easterly direction to a point 10 metre south east of the south easterly kerb line of Langford Road.
North East side from a point 10 metres north west of the north westerly kerb line of Lawton Road in a south easterly direction to a point 10 metres south east of the south easterly kerb line of Lawton Road.
Langford Road
Both sides from the North Easterly kerb line of Egerton Road South for a distance of 5 metres in a north easterly direction.
Lawton Road
Both sides from the North Easterly kerb line of Egerton Road South for a distance of 5 metres in a north easterly direction
Not including part of the Traffic Regulation Order, the provision of hazard lines as detailed in the plan attached to the report.
