To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Corporate and Support Services

The report considers the proposed acquisition of a site from the NHS Property Services via Seddon Regeneration in order to facilitate the development of a scheme of residential properties for affordable rent and shared ownership.

The Area Committee is requested to note the contents of the report and provide any comments.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Corporate and Support Services (copies of which had been circulated) regarding the proposed acquisition of a site from NHS Property Services via Seddon Regeneration in order to facilitate the development of a scheme of residential properties for affordable rent and shared ownership.

RESOLVED – That the Corporate Director for Corporate and Support Services be advised that that the Area Committee supports the proposal, subject to any archaeological remains which may be found on the site being recorded and investigated.
