A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) regarding an application from St Cuthbert’s Church for the use of Diamond Jubilee Recreation Ground to hold a nativity procession and carol service on 24 December 2015.
RESOLVED – That approval be given to an application from St Cuthbert’s Church for the use of Diamond Jubilee Recreation Ground to hold a nativity procession and carol service on 24 December 2015, subject to the production of appropriate papers.
