To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Corporate and Support Services
The report sets out a proposal for the Council to acquire a bowling green which is adjacent to a recently developed private care home (Brinnington Hall) as a replacement for a Council owned bowling green that would be lost as a consequence of the construction of a new sports facility which is an integral part of the Brinnington estate regeneration.
The Area Committee is requested to note the contents of the report and provide any comments.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) setting out a proposal for the Council to acquire a bowling green which was adjacent to a recently developed private care home (Brinnington Hall) as a replacement for a Council owned bowling green that would be lost as a consequence of the construction of a new sports facility which was an integral part of the Brinnington estate regeneration.
RESOLVED – That the Corporate Director for Corporate and Support Services be advised that the Area Committee supports the proposal.
