To consider a report if the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration

The report outlines a proposal for the introduction for No Waiting at Any Time restrictions at the junction of Heaton Close and Balmoral Road in Heaton Moor.

The Area Committee are requested to consider the proposals detailed in the report.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Chief Executive (copies of which had been circulated) requesting the Area Committee to consider the introduction of No Waiting at Any Time restrictions on Balmoral Road and Heaton Close, Heaton Moor.

RESOLVED – That the following be approved at an approximate cost of £500.00 to be funded via the Highway Maintenance and Traffic Management delegated budget (Heatons North ward allocation)

South West side from a point 10 metres North West of the North Westerly kerb line of Heaton Close in a South Easterly direction to a point 10   metres South East of the South Easterly kerb line of Heaton Close.

Both sides from the South Westerly kerb line of Balmoral Road for a distance of 10 metres in a South Westerly direction
