To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration.

The report outlines a proposal for the introduction of No Waiting at Any Time restrictions at the junction of Cambridge Road and Manchester Road in Heaton Chapel.

The Area Committee are requested to consider the proposals detailed in the report.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Chief Executive (copies of which had been circulated) requesting the Area Committee to consider the introduction of No Waiting at Any Time restrictions at the junction of Cambridge Road and Manchester Road, Heaton Chapel.

RESOLVED – That the Executive Councillor (Supporting Places) be requested to approve the following:-

Revoke No Waiting Monday to Saturday 8am-9.30am and 4.30pm -6.30pm:

Manchester Road

South west side from a point 15 metres north west of the north westerly kerb line of Cambridge Road for a distance of 30 metres in a south easterly direction

Introduce No Waiting at Any Time:

Cambridge Road

Both sides from the south westerly kerb line of Manchester Road for a distance of 15 metres in a south westerly direction

Manchester Road

South west side from a point 15 metres north west of the north westerly kerb line of Cambridge Road for a distance of 30 metres in a south easterly direction
