To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration
The report sets out the result of an investigation into the difficulties caused by parked vehicles on Windemere Road, Heaviley and to consider the need for passing places to allow drivers better manoeuvrability.
The Area Committee is requested to approve the statutory legal advertising of a No Waiting At Any Time Traffic Regulation Order and, subject to no objections being received within the statutory period, the Order can be made.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) setting out the results of an investigation into the difficulties caused by parked vehicles on Windemere Road, Heaviley and the need for passing places to allow drivers better manoeuvrability.
RESOLVED – (1) That the Area Committee be minded to approve the following No Waiting At Any Time Traffic Regulation Order on Windemere Road and Bleatarn Road, Heaviley, as set out below, at an approximate cost of £550 to be funded from the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget (Manor Ward allocation):-
Proposed Traffic Regulation Order – No Waiting At Any Time
Windermere Road
West Side - from a point 107.5 metres north of the northerly kerbline of Nangreave Road for a distance of 20 metres in a northerly direction.
Windermere Road
East Side - from a point 10 metres south of the southerly kerbline of Bleatarn Road to a point 10 metres north west of the northerly kerbline of Bleatarn Road.
Bleatarn Road
Both Sides - from the easterly kerbline of Windermere Road for a distance of 10 metres in an easterly direction.
(2) That approval be given to the statutory legal advertising of the Traffic Regulation Order and, subject to no objections being received within twenty one days from the advertisement date, the Order be made.
