To consider a report of the Chief Executive.

The report proposes to amend the existing order for Limited Waiting on Alldis Street in Great Moor to improve access to the businesses on Aldiss Street.

The Area Committee is invited to and approve Part I below and recommend that the Executive Councillor (Supporting Places) approve Part II of the same schedule:

Part I

Revoke Limited Waiting 2 hours Monday to Saturday 8am – 6pm No Return within 1 Hour:

Alldis Street

South East side from a point 23 metres North East of the North Easterly kerb line of Buxton Road for a distance of 1.5 metres in a South Westerly direction.

Part II

Introduce No Waiting Monday to Friday 7.00 – 9.30am & 3.30 – 6.30pm / No Loading Monday to Friday 7.00 – 9.30am & 3.30 – 6.30pm:

Buxton Road

North East side from a point 15 metres North West of the North Westerly kerb line of Alldis Street for a distance of 10 metres in a North Westerly direction.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Chief Executive (copies of which had been circulated) inviting the Area Committee to consider a proposal for Limited Waiting on Alldis Street, Great Moor in order to improve access to businesses at this location.

RESOLVED – That the Executive Councillor (Supporting Places) be recommended to approve the introduction of Limited Waiting restrictions as detailed in the report.
