The report informs Members about the Deregulation Act 2015 and its impact on the Taxi Licensing function.

 

The Committee is requested to note the report and to approve the fees set out in paragraph 2.6 of the report.

A representative of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) which informed Members about the Deregulation Act 2015 and its impact on the Licensing function.

 

RESOLVED – That the report be noted and the fees set out in paragraph 2.6 of the report be approved.
