To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Corporate and Support Services
The report sets out a proposal to acquire two parcels of land from Highways England at nil cost for inclusion in the Gorsey Bank redevelopment.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) setting out a proposal to acquire two parcels of land from Highways England at nil cost for inclusion in the Gorsey Bank redevelopment.
RESOLVED – That the Corporate Director for Corporate and Support Services be advised that the Area Committee supports the proposal.
