RESOLVED – (1) That the Planning and Highways Regulation Committee be recommended to undertake a site visit in order to examine the proposed access to the dwelling and the impact on the existing access for residents and parking arrangements in Lynton Vale Avenue.
(2) That the Area Committee requests that the position of the access along with the trees scheduled for removal be identified and marked out at the site visit.
