To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration.

The report details the findings of a consultation exercise and seeks approval for the amendment of an existing No Waiting at Any Time Traffic Regulation order on Bankfield Road, Woodley.

The Area Committee is recommended to give approval to the following scheme at a cost of £550, to be funded from the Area Committee’s delegated budget (Bredbury and Woodley ward allocation) subject to the receipt of no objections within 21 days from the advertisement of the proposed Order:-

Revoke No Waiting at Any Time

Bankfield Road, Woodley. West side, from a point approx. 7 metres south of the southern kerb line of Woodlands Drive for a distance of approx. 75 metres in a southerly direction.

Bankfield Road, Woodley. East side from a point approx. 75 metres south of the projected southern kerb line of Woodlands Drive for a distance of approx. 80 metres in a southerly direction.

Proposed No Waiting at Any Time

Bankfield Road, Woodley. West side, from a point approx. 7 metres south of the southern kerb line of Woodlands Drive for a distance of approx. 53 metres in a southerly direction.

Bankfield Road, Woodley. East side from a point approx. 60 metres south of the projected southern kerb line of Woodlands Drive for a distance of approx. 95 metres in a southerly direction.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) detailing the findings of a consultation exercise and seeks approval for the amendment of an existing No Waiting at Any Time Traffic Regulation order on Bankfield Road, Woodley.

RESOLVED – That approval be given to the legal advertising of the following scheme, and, subject to no objections being received within 21 days from the advertisement date, the subsequent making of the order at a cost of £550 to be funded from the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget (Bredbury & Woodley ward allocation):-
