To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration.
The report details the findings of a consultation exercise and seeks approval for the introduction of a ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ Traffic Regulation Order on St Aldates and Highfield Avenue, Bredbury.
The Area Committee is recommended to give approval to the following scheme at a cost of £550, to be funded from the Area Committee’s delegated budget (Bredbury and Woodley ward allocation) subject to the receipt of no objections within 21 days from the advertisement of the proposed Order:-
Proposed No Waiting at Any Time
St Aldates, Bredbury, both sides, from its intersection with the southerly kerb line of Highfield Avenue, for a distance of 10 metres in a southerly direction.
Highfield Avenue, Bredbury, south side, from a point 10 metres east of the eastern kerb line of St Aldates, for a distance of 25 metres in a westerly direction.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) detailing the findings of a consultation exercise and seeks approval for the introduction of a ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ Traffic Regulation Order on St Aldates and Highfield Avenue, Bredbury.
RESOLVED – That approval be given to the legal advertising of the following scheme, and, subject to no objections being received within 21 days from the advertisement date, the subsequent making of the order at a cost of £550 to be funded from the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget (Bredbury Green & Romiley ward allocation):-
