A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) outlining the results of an investigation into parking concerns at the junction of Burns avenue and Shakespeare Drive, Cheadle.
RRESOLVED – (1) That the Area Committee be minded to approve a No Waiting At Any Time Traffic Regulation Order on Burns Avenue and Shakespeare Drive, Cheadle, as set out below, at an approximate cost of £525 to be funded from the Area Committee’s Budget (Cheadle Hulme North Ward allocation):-
Proposed No Waiting at Any Time
Burns Avenue, Cheadle - south west side, from the north westerly kerbline of Shakespeare Drive for a distance of 13 metres in a north westerly direction.
Shakespeare Drive, Cheadle -, north west side, from the south westerly kerbline of Burns Avenue for a distance of 15 metres in a south westerly direction.
Burns Avenue, Cheadle - north east side, from the north westerly kerbline of Shakespeare Drive for a distance of 15 metres in a north westerly direction.
Shakespeare Drive, Cheadle - north west side, from the north easterly kerbline of Burns Avenue for a distance of 15 metres in a north easterly direction.
(2) That approval be given to the statutory legal advertising of the Traffic Regulation Order and, subject to no objections being received within twenty one days from the advertisement date, the Order be made.
