The Area Committee is requested to note the contents of this report and provide any comments on the proposal to dispose of the site.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Corporate and Support Services (copies of which had been circulated) inviting the Area Committee to consider a proposal to dispose of a small parcel of Council owned land on Dialstone Lane, Offerton.

RESOLVED – That the Corporate Director for Corporate and Support Services be informed that this Area Committee supports disposal of the small parcel of Council owned land on Dialstone Lane, Offerton as shown on the plan attached to the report.
