two members of the public spoke against the application for a total of three minutes; and

 

the applicant’s agent spoke in support of the application.

RESOLVED – That the Planning & Highways Regulation Committee be recommended to grant planning permission subject to the imposition of conditions relating to the provision of speed warning markings and advance junction warning signage relating to the access/egress to the proposed development.
