To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration.
An event application has been received from The Panther Car Club to request permission to use Woodsmoor Playing Field for their annual event on Monday 31st August 2015.
The Area Committee is recommended to grant the application subject to submission of correct documentation including risk assessment and site plan.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) inviting the Area Committee to consider an application from The Panther Car Club to use Woodsmoor Playing Field on 31 August 2015 for their annual Classic Car Show.
RESOLVED – That the application from The Panther Car Club to use Woodsmoor Playing Field on 31 August for a Classic Car Show be approved, subject to the receipt of appropriate documentation, including a risk assessment and site plan.
