To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration.

The report sets out proposals to introduce new and amended existing Limited Waiting restrictions on part of Buxton Road in Great Moor to improve access and consolidate existing provision.

The Area Committee is invited to recommend that the Executive Councillor (Supporting Places) approve the following Order for advertising, and subject to there being no objections received to the making the Order:

Revoke Limited Waiting Monday to Friday 7.30am – 6.30pm, Sat 7.30am – 12.30pm 1 Hour No Return within 1 Hour:

Buxton Road

North East side, from a point 31metres South East of the South Easterly kerb line of Bonis Crescent for a distance of 13 metres in a South Easterly direction

Revoke No Stopping Except Buses 7am – 7pm:

Buxton Road

North East side from a point 44 metres South East of the South Easterly kerb line of Bonis Crescent for a distance of 39 metres in a South Easterly direction.

South West side from a point 19 metres South East of the projected South Easterly kerb line of Bonis Crescent for a distance of 62 metres in a South Easterly direction.

Introduce Limited Waiting Monday to Friday 7.30am – 6.30pm, Sat 7.30am – 12.30pm1 Hour No Return within 1 Hour:

North East side from a point 31 metres South East of the South Easterly kerb line of Bonis Crescent for a distance of 20 metres in a South Easterly direction. From a point 62 metres South East of the South Easterly kerb line of Bonis Crescent for a distance of 21 metres in a South Easterly direction.

South West side from a point 19 metres South East of the projected South Easterly kerb line of Bonis Crescent for a distance of 62 metres in a South Easterly direction.

A representative of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) inviting the Area Committee to consider proposals to amend the existing Traffic Regulation Order on Buxton Road near Bonis Crescent, Great Moor in order to consolidate the markings on the ground with the orders.

RESOLVED – That the Executive Councillor (Supporting Places) approve the following Traffic Regulation Order for advertising, and that subject to no objections being received within the advertising period, the Order be made:-
