RESOLVED – (8 for, 4 against) That planning permission be granted subject to imposition of conditions relating to the finish of the proposed external amenity area so as to secure suitable protection for the windows of adjoining bedrooms and the inclusion of an informative in relation to noise attenuation to provide protection for those areas situated underneath the external amenity space.
