To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration

The report sets out the findings of a consultation exercise and seeks approval for the revocation of a Traffic Regulation Order for a Disabled Persons Parking Place on Bulkeley Road, Cheadle.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) regarding the findings of an investigation into removing an existing on-street disabled parking bay currently fronting 7 Bulkeley Road, Cheadle.

RESOLVED – That approval be given to the following Traffic Regulation Order at an approximate cost of £700 to be funded from the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget (Cheadle and Gatley Ward allocation):-

Proposed No Waiting at Any Time

Pendlebury Road, Gatley - south east side, from the north easterly kerb line of Old Hall Road for a distance of 10 metres in a north easterly direction.

          Old Hall Road, Gatley - north east side, from the south easterly kerb line of Pendlebury Road for a distance of 10 metres in a south easterly direction.

Proposed Limited Waiting 8.00am – 9.00pm for 30mins No Return within 1 Hour

Pendlebury Road, Gatley - south east side, from a point 34 metres north east of the north easterly kerb line of Old Hall Road for a distance of 10 metres in a north easterly direction.
