To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration

The Area Committee is requested to approve the resurfacing of the footway on Finney Lane, Heald Green on the north side from property numbers 186 – 192.

A representative of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) regarding the proposed resurfacing of part of the footway on Finney Lane, Heald Green, from property numbers 186 – 192.

RESOLVED – That approval be given to the resurfacing of the footway on the north side of Finney Lane from property numbers 186-192 at an approximate cost of £5,000 to be funded from the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget (Heald Green Ward allocation).
