The Area Committee is requested to approve the resurfacing of the footway from the Bargain Booze shop to the Christ Church Catholic Church, Heald Green.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) regarding the proposed resurfacing of part of the footway on Finney Lane, Heald Green, from the Bargain Booze shop to the Christ Church Catholic Church.

RESOLVED – That approval be given to the resurfacing of the footway from the Bargain Booze shop to the Christ Church Catholic Church on Finney Lane, Heald Green at an approximate cost of £8,500 to be funded from the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget (Heald Green Ward allocation).
