RESOLVED – That planning permission be granted subject to a condition requiring an archaeological survey being undertaken prior to the demolition of the existing building.

RESOLVED – That the Planning & Highways Regulation Committee be recommended to undertake a site visit in view of issues raised about the heritage value of the existing building, but that the Committee be informed that this Area Committee would recommended that planning permission be granted subject to appropriate conditions, including tree preservation orders.
