The Chair of the Scrutiny Co-ordination Committee (Councillor Ben Alexander) submitted the Scrutiny Annual Report for 2013/14 (copies of which had been circulated) summarising the work of the Scrutiny Committees during the current Municipal Year.
RESOLVED – That the report be noted.

Minutes:
The Democratic Services Manager submitted the draft Annual Scrutiny Report for 2013/14 (copies of which had been circulated).
RESOLVED – That the Annual Report for 2013/14 be submitted to the Council Meeting on 11 September 2014 subject to the report being updated to reflect the responses of the Executive to the recommendations and a brief summary of the key outcomes/ recommendations following discussion with the appropriate Lead Member for the Review.
