To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration

The Area Committee is requested to approve the replacement of the gully pot and installation of a standard hinged gully grate;
resurface of the footpath and removal of the existing concrete bollard and replacement with a lockable bollard on Dent Close Brinnington.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) regarding a proposed highway maintenance scheme on Dent Close, Brinnington.

RESOLVED – That approval be given to the following scheme at an approximate cost of £3,825 to be funded from the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget (Brinnington and Central ward allocation):-

Dent Close, Brinnington

Replace the gully pot and install a single hinged gully grate.

Resurface the footpath, remove the existing concrete bollard and replace with a lockable bollard.
