To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration.

The report details the findings of a consultation exercise with local residents and businesses and to seek approval for the revocation and introduction of a Traffic regulation Order on Monmouth Road, Cheadle Hulme.

The Area Committee is recommended to give approval to the following scheme at a cost of £650 to be funded from the Area Committee’s Highways Maintenance and Traffic Management Delegated Budget (Cheadle Hulme South ward allocation):-

Revocation of No Waiting Monday – Friday 7.30am – 9.30am & 4.30pm – 6.30pm

Monmouth Road, Cheadle Hulme, north west side, from the south westerly kerb line of the access road into the car park of Landmark House, for a distance of 5 metres in a south westerly direction.

Proposed No Waiting at Any Time

Monmouth Road, Cheadle Hulme, north west side, from a point 5 metres south west of  the south westerly kerb line of the access road into the car park of Landmark House to a point 5 metres north east of the north easterly kerb line of the access road into the car park of Landmark House.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) detailing the findings of a consultation exercise with local residents and businesses and seeking approval for the revocation and introduction of a Traffic Regulation Order on Monmouth Road, Cheadle Hulme.

RESOLVED – That approval be given to the following scheme at a cost of £650 to be funded from the Area Committee’s Highways Maintenance and Traffic Management Delegated Budget (Cheadle Hulme South ward allocation):-
