A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) regarding an application from the Hatton Hilltop Sanctuary to hold an open day on 5 July 2014.
RESOLVED – That approval be given to an application from the Hatton Hilltop Sanctuary to hold an open day on 5 July 2014, subject to the production of the appropriate paperwork.
