The report considers an application from the Friends of Woodbank, Vernon and Poise Brook to organise a Commemorational walk through Woodbank by torch light on Monday 4 August 2014 from 10.00pm to 11.15pm.
The Area Committee is recommended to grant the application on condition that all appropriate paperwork is submitted.
