To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration.

 

The Area Committee are requested to consider an event application from the Friends of the Vale to hold their annual Summer Fun Day at Reddish Vale Country Park on Sunday 20th July. The event will be held between 12 midday and 4pm and will consist of children’s disco, climbing wall, hog roast, cake stall, punch and judy show, art activities, face and nail painting and various information stalls.

 

The Area Committee are requested to consider and determine the application.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) requesting the Area Committee to consider an application from the Friends of the Vale to hold their annual Summer Fun Day.

 

RESOLVED – That approval be given to the application from the Friends of the Vale to hold their annual Summer Fun Day on Sunday 20th July 2014.
